Important Notice to Our Valued Clients 4th March 2008 I am pleased to inform our Customers that Arends International Ltd has now become a part of Denholm Logistics, a trading division of J&J Denholm, a successful Glasgow-based Maritime and Logistics Group. Established in 1866, Denholm's activities include Freight Forwarding, Container Transport, Warehousing and Ships Agency with overseas operations in the Middle East and USA. Arends International will continue to operate in its own name with the same Management, Staff and Overseas Partners, and from the same locations in Newton-le-Willows and in London. The services we provide to you, our Customer, will continue as before. However with additional facilities at our disposal we will be endeavouring to enhance those services. Plans will now proceed for a further development of our 6-acre site at Newton-le-Willows that will include the addition of between 25,000-40,000 sq. ft. of Customs approved warehousing facilities. Denholm is an excellent fit for us--both of our organisations share similar ethics in terms of integrity and service quality and we both value our reputations for honesty and fair dealing. I will continue to lead the business with the current Management Team for the foreseeable future and will now be concentrating on the further expansion and development of the services we offer our Customers.
